A Guided Reset for Teams and Groups
With over 30 years of experience facilitating transformational sound-based workshops, I now provide private 60-minute Zoom experiences with the capacity of 100 participating, designed to support stress recovery, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity in workplace settings.
These private events are not passive sound baths.
3-Part Program:
1. Gentle somatic full-body warm-up grounding practices to help participants settle into their bodies - standing up
2. Guided mantra group vocal toning for focus and cohesion - sitting down
3. Live sonic immersion experience of vibrational vocal tones the liking of crystal singing bowls, where participants recline, or lie down, eyes closed, headphones on - lying down

Private sound transmission events are currently offered virtually via Zoom,
allowing groups to gather from anywhere.
The virtual format is highly effective and has been intentionally refined
to preserve the depth and integrity of the experience.
In-person events are available by request and are priced to reflect travel, lodging, and on-site preparation requirements. These are arranged individually during the planning call.
This experience generally lasts between 60 and a maximum of 90 minutes
and is priced at £444 (~$600 USD)

During that call, you’ll:
