"Before my session with Nattacia, I had very bad back pain for about 4 weeks, I was using my husband’s walker to get around, and the pain was literally over 10 on a scale from 1 to 10. I could not sit long, stand long, walk much, it was constant. It made me feel so disabled, frustrated and overwhelmed with everything, I was feeling I could not do anything. And I was constantly tired. I had also quite a few issues going on, which distressed me and disrupted my sleep. This caused me headaches and tiredness during the day and I believe it radiated to my back pain. I also lost my darling mother, who passed away without warning, and I was not even able to be there to say my goodbye. I was broken-hearted and full of grief, and yet I could not cry.
